Studio Standards and Expectations

The health and safety of our clients and staff has always been, and will continue to be our first priority. Our restructured studio layout and revised studio protocols have been designed to adhere with NYS regulations.

If you have been exposed to COVID, or are experiencing symptoms of COVID, or feel unwell, please reschedule your session.


Group/Private Sessions

  • Sessions are 50 or 30 minutes to allow for sanitizing in between classes.
  • Advance payment is required to secure your session.
  • Group and Private sessions are by appointment only.
  • Class times and instructors have changed. Please visit to see the updated schedule.
  • All packages purchased prior to March 2020, will be reactivated if expired.


Upon Arrival

  • Masks are required at all times when entering the studio, all common areas, the waiting room, or anytime you cannot maintain 6 feet social distancing.
  • Our studio has been reduced to 33% capacity. Please text your instructor prior to entry. We ask that you wait outside until it safe for you to enter.
  • Please sanitize your hands and then complete the COVID health declaration. This must be done at EVERY session.
  • Weather permitting, we will have hand sanitizer/COVID health forms available outside the studio for completion prior to entering the studio.
  • We will scan your body temperature using a no-touch thermometer. If you have a reading greater than 100 degrees, you will not be permitted into class.
  • Socks are mandatory. For your convenience, we have grip socks available for purchase if needed. Outside shoes of any kind cannot be worn past the front desk, and prohibited on the machines.
  • Your instructor will assign you a station; after you sanitize, complete the COVID health/liability waiver, had your temperature scan and payment is confirmed.


Studio Standards

  • Proper filtration has been installed in our HVAC system to comply with NYS guidelines. Weather permitting, we will open our doors and allow for cross ventilation.
  • Our instructors will be provided with masks that will be worn in the studio, required to take their body temperature and complete COVID health declarations.
  • All equipment will be thoroughly disinfected after each class.
  • There will be no hands on adjustments and limited use of props.
  • We will adhere to occupancy regulations.


Reservations, Cancellations and Late Policies

  • Private sessions are scheduled based on studio availability.
  • All standing appointments must be pre- arranged with your instructor and pre-paid with a group package purchase prior to attending class.
  • You can book online using only one week in advance. Any class booked online past one week, or without instructor approval, may be subject to being rescheduled.
  • If you'd like a class time/day not listed on the schedule, please let us know. We are open to adding classes based on client demand and trainer availability.
  • Please arrive on time for your session. We recommend no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your session. Once class has begun, the door will be locked and no late arrivals are permitted into the studio, and you will be charged for the session.

Our 24 hour cancellation policy will be strictly enforced. Due to NYS mandated capacity limitations, all late cancellations, late arrivals and/or no shows will be charged for the full session. There is no penalty if you early cancel 24 hours prior to the start of class.
